Amanda’s experience in social justice facilitation, anthropological research, and public education led her to Strategy Matters as a Project Manager in 2021. Prior to joining the Strategy Matters team, she served as a Licensed Professional School Counselor where she designed, analyzed, and implemented programming. Prior to her work in public education, Amanda served as a facilitator for the University Alliance for Community Transformation at the University of Massachusetts. working to build the capacity of student organizers to participate in social action through a lens of humanity, equity, and strategic change. She holds an M.Ed. from the University of Massachusetts Boston and a BA in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
