After nearly 8 years as a consultant and Director at Strategy Matters Brittney launched her own consulting firm, Nichols St. Consulting. Brittney is a skilled facilitator and strategic planner who works with clients to clarify their values and support change processes, specializing in those centered on building more equitable organizations and strategies. Brittney is skilled at managing group dynamics and has focused on building leadership skills and strong relationships in her work with clients. She continues to work closely with the Strategy Matters team on projects. Brittney has a BA in Business Management and English Communications from Emmanuel College and a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
